This page explains how to report content on Candy Shorts Free that you believe infringes your copyright.
What the site publishes
The site publishes original reviews written by Paulie. It shows the official poster of each reviewed series so readers can recognize it, and it quotes at most a couple of short lines of dialogue per review. It hosts no video, offers no downloads and does not link to unofficial copies of any episode.
How to send a notice
Write to the contact address in the footer and include:
- Your name and contact details, or those of the person you act for.
- The work you own, described clearly enough to identify it.
- The exact address of each page on this site that you want reviewed.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the details in your notice are correct and that you own the work or may act for its owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
A complete notice gets a reply. Where the claim holds up, the material is removed or changed, and the reply says what was done. An incomplete notice gets a reply asking for the missing details.
Counter notices
If something you published was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address, with your contact details, the material that was removed and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake.
Content on Candy.ai
The episodes themselves live on Candy.ai, not here. For a work you believe appears on Candy.ai without permission, contact Candy.ai directly through its own channels.
