The two free episodes, in order

Episode 1 is the group class. The instructor introduces herself as Mia, promises hands-on teaching and moves through the room remarking that some students are carrying a lot of tension. She picks out one man, who admits yoga is not his thing. She answers that he is built just fine and only lacks practice, and that what he needs is attention just for him, with the room empty. When the others file out, he stays behind and mentions the big day coming up: a wedding.

She approves of a man who is committed and asks what exactly they are getting into shape. He says flexibility, stamina, the whole package. Stamina is her specialty, she replies, and she books him for sessions for two. Then she goes off to limber up and advises him to do likewise before the wedding. The episode ends on a warning that someone should not be doing this.

Episode 2 opens with a question about why he left early. His excuse is that he wanted to know whether a room was free, and that he did not see anything. She suggests he take another look. Then she reminds him that he marries in three weeks and should get a massage before the honeymoon: learn to relax, let someone else do the work. A voice points him to the second door on the right. The person working on his shoulders turns out to be Mia, and the episode ends on her question, "Shall I continue?"
