Theo keeps dreaming about his gothic neighbors, and then one evening they tell him what to do with the door.
On Candy Shorts, Theo is a married man, and next door live two women with a gothic look who have taken over his dreams. The series starts inside his head and then steps into the waking world. Further in, he and his wife draw the neighbors toward somewhere private, a club organized around kink. Both neighbors are adults, as is the rest of this fictional household.
Episode 1: the dreams, then the door
I watched it with Premium. The episode opens in a dream, and it does not tiptoe. Theo is asleep, the two neighbors are with him, and the dream sequences go as far as the series wants to take them, which is far, because this is a Spicy title. I will not describe them beyond that. What you need to know is the pattern: the neighbors come back to him in dream after dream, and each visit sets the next one up.
Then the episode leaves the bedroom. One evening, awake, Theo runs into the two neighbors in real life, and they give him an instruction. When he goes to bed at night, he should leave the door open. Then they can slip in the moment his dream turns to them. It is a small request with a big shift inside it: the women stop being something he imagines and become people who plan to turn up. That instruction is where my account of the episode ends, and episode 2 is part of the same Premium pair, so I leave its story alone.
Sugar level 5, Max, even in the dreams
What They Don't Know is Sugar level 5, Max. Dream scenes are where the adult material starts, so the first episode does not wait for the plot to catch up. Levels are defined in the explicitness guide for Candy AI Shorts. I keep this review PG-13. The series is not that tame, and the dream setting lets it stage the adult scenes with no need for a real-world excuse.
Why dream logic fits short episodes
On Candy AI Shorts, a dream lets a short episode skip the explaining. There is no commute, no backstory and no excuse for why two neighbors are suddenly in the room. Candy Shorts episodes run under two minutes, so a story that starts in a dream can get to its point at once.
Theo, his wife and two neighbors
The cast is small: Theo, his wife and the two gothic women next door. All of them are adults, and the series plays them as adults in fiction. Theo's wife is his partner in the plan that leads toward the club, and I keep the rest of her story unspoiled. For another goth-themed household, see My Goth Stepsister.
What They Don't Know is a Spicy series
Premium opens episodes 1 and 2 at no token cost. The other 6 cost 30 tokens each.

Price check: October 26, 2026. With 100 tokens in a Premium month, 180 is nearly two months' worth, or a top-up along the way. Budget for that before you start What They Don't Know on Candy.ai. The pricing guide covers plans, and the free episodes guide shows how free logins work elsewhere.
Is the long run worth it?
Eight episodes give the premise room to grow from dreams into a plan, which is a luxury for a short-form series on Candy AI Shorts. It works like a pinball bonus ball: you cannot aim it, but it keeps rolling. Pay if the door instruction in episode 1 made you curious about the neighbors' next move. If you want something wrapped up faster, a shorter series such as My Wife's Best Friend is easier on your balance.
